Peter Hungerbuhler is the owner and manager of JPH Properties. He is a native and lifetime resident of North Atlanta where he began learning the building industry hands-on while still in high school.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Accounting, Peter joined Jeff A. Hedden Builders as a superintendent in 1992. He then managed the building operations of J. Nell Properties before forming JPH Properties with Evelyn Hedden in 1997. Each of these companies is associated with Cotton States Properties, one of the leading residential developers in metro Atlanta.

Peter has established a reputation for innovation, quality and attention to detail. This has produced many satisfied homeowners in developments such as Chadds Ridge, Princeton Ridge, Princeton Square, Chestnut Hill, Savanna Estates and Addie’s Pond.

Roger Bridges, Jr.

BRIDGES HOMES

Roger Bridges, Jr., a native of Dunwoody, Georgia, has been building in Atlanta since 1987. Building almost exclusively in Cotton States Properties neighborhoods, Roger is a second-generation builder, behind the founders of Cotton States.

He has built custom and speculative homes in Chadds Lake, Chadds Ridge, Princeton Ridge, Chestnut Hill, Princeton Square, Princeton Cove, Savannah Estates and Addie’s Pond in the price ranges from the $120’s to the $500’s.

A graduate of Auburn University in 1987, Roger studied Architecture and Building Science before joining his father at Jeff Hedden Builders, and eventually partnering with Evelyn Hedden to continue the second-generation partnership in the building business. Working in construction nearly all his life (over twenty years), has helped Roger gain valuable experience in residential construction from the ground up.

Roger strives to build every home to high standards by using top quality materials, reputable suppliers and experienced subcontractors, all working together as a team. This team attitude and emphasis on quality has kept Bridges Homes customers satisfied long after the sale.

“It’s all about what our customer wants in their dream home. We build every home as if it were our own. Everytime. Having two kids of his own, Roger focuses on details and designs that make sense for active families.

Roger Bridges is a great guy and a very easy builder to work with. He was extremely detailed and communicative, and he worked hard to make us happy in addition to going beyond what might normally be expected, even after the closing. Roger's right hand, Jimmy, is also on top of things, extremely helpful and another terrific person to work with. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity for his team to build our home.
